- Industry Contacts: Names, roles, companies, and contact information of your industry connections
- Revenue Data: Income sources, amounts, and payment records you enter
- Brand Data: Colors, visual preferences, brand guidelines, and generated brand materials
- Usage Data: How you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used)
2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide and operate the ArtistStack platform

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Gmail Integration
When you connect your Gmail account, we access your email only to send and read messages on your behalf. Email content is used in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers beyond temporary caching needed to display it to you.SoundCloud Integration
When connected, we access your SoundCloud data to provide music discovery and recommendation features.Mailchimp Integration
When connected, we sync your fan list data with Mailchimp for email marketing purposes, as you direct.Smart Features Provider
Your data is sent to third-party services to power smart features like the career coach, email drafter, and brand generator. This data is processed according to our partners' privacy policies. Our providers do not use your data to train their models when accessed via API.4. Data Storage & Security

- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS
- Database access is restricted to authorized application processes only

5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days (in case you change your mind), then permanently purged from all systems
- Backups: Database backups may retain data for up to 30 additional days after purge

- Export: Download a copy of all your data at any time
